intermittent dome light fuse blowing...
I have a 1994 Roadmaster in the shop for an intermittent fuse blowing condition. (It pops the 15A dome light & power door lock switch fuse). Problem is that it does it when ever it feels like, but never lasts more than a couple of days.
My question is: Has anyone run into a notable spot where one of the (12 - holy crap!!) dome lights or their wiring have a place where they have shorted to ground? Thank you. |

Re: intermittent dome light fuse blowing...
I had the same problem on an older buick. It turned out to be the wire for the light under the hood touching the exhaust. Do your dash lights and clock stop working also, check for a piece of metal debris in the lighter socket.
