Stiff clutch, my knee is about to go...

1) It there any way of adjusting the clutch, so that it
easier to engage. Everytime i get stuck in heavy traffic
in Toronto (Canada) after all the clutching, it feels like my
left knee is going to go soon... LOL

2) Is there any place to add/replace the transmission oil?
(got pics?) 5 speed tanny (1.3L SOHC motor)
