headers......

ok guys...i decided to just get some headers for now since i blew a retarded amount of money on my new Denali. for a 94 LT1...what do u suggest? what exactly makes off road headers not legal? Can i get away with off road headers just tooling around town? or will it be a dumb move? Looking for the most HP gain possible but still have a street car. If i go off road...what kinda work will an exhaust shop have to do to put one on?

Any LT1 guys out there....need some pointers.

And should i get a cut out aswell?
