Changing spark plugs

Guys:
I like to change plugs on rodeo 99 3.2 with 87k. Although she is not giving me any trouble but i think i should do it anyway. What type of plugs do i need? also do i need rubber seals for each plug. Do i need special tool for this kind of job? I have plug replacer tool for camry 89, do you think i can use it on rodeo?
Is their any sealent do i need.
Thanks in advance.
