Question when twisting wires just wont work anymore i need your help.

I have a 91 camaro rs and lost the keys (long story). I can't exactly make it to get a new ignition today because my car wont start so if anyone can help me out with some full details stepsabout how to hotwire it, including how to get the steering wheel unlocked it would be much appriciated. thanx

Im sorry, but you cant just hotwire it...remember that little metel thing that stuck out of both sides of the base of the key?..well that if part of a security system that prevents people from hotwiring the car.
The only way to get around it is to know what the resistence was on your key (1-15 possible)
You need to call your chevy dealer and ask if they can make a key with your vin #.
Also, without a key, you cant unlock the steering wheel.
