3 New Models

Was at my mates house today and i finally got him to part with 3 models i have wanted.
He just collects them and hardly makes any...so they are still wrapped up and un-touched

1...Cruz Pedregon's McDonalds funny car
2...Sox & Martin GTX Plymouth
3...Eddie Hills Pennzoil T/F Dragster

...more to add to the pile

Working on getting his Kendall GT-1 Funny Car next ...he just doesn't know it yet :finger: :finger:

Don't you just love it when that happens!!!

I managed to get Steve to part with his DTM Alfa 155 Martini sponsored car kit!
We both had trouble with these! Mine lifted the decals when I was masking the body to add the black rubbers, he warped the chassis on an over eagar shine quest!
I now have the kit and can re-do the body!
It is a great looking kit, and one I want to add to my collection!

I wrote the message, went downstairs, and guess what I found in my mailbox? yahoo!

Unfortunately, the mailpeople were not very kind to the package, and the body got twisted a bit. But I think I'll make it right

Anyway, it really is based on a road car, which is not too good. But nothing doing, so I'll just stick to it, with the exception of the steering wheel.

Also, it seems to be the car of Schumacher's teammate, so I, perhaps could transform it into Michael#s. But it's a long waay

Wasters!!!

I think you would have to warm it in hot water, and then attatch it to the chassis and let it cool! Careful you don't melt it!

It had been in the roof since about '97!

Love the look of the McDonalds Funny Car! They do look so good when completed!
Keep us up to date, and post some pics when you start it?
You'll add your usual wiring and detail huh?
