T25 vs. T28??

i think my t25 just took a crap. looking to get either a t25/t28 hybrid or just the t28. now i know it will bolt up to my manifold.. but what about the inlet and outlet location. do i have to get an adapter or something that will make it work with where i had the hot pipe for the t25? any other things i ought to know b4 making a decision on the hybrid or t28? which would you get?

thanks

Re: T25 vs. T28??

not positive yet that its bad but my car is blowing hella smoke at idle. and when i first installed the turbo, a bunch of oil poored out of the intake side. im actually hoping its the turbo because i wanted to upgrade to the t28 anyway. all i have to do is take off the hot pipe to see if oil has been going through there.

Re: T25 vs. T28??

Did you crank it with the cas unplugged so you got oil pressure first before really firing it up? (after you installed it)
