retorking head bolts,

I am getting a litting bit of Oil in my my 4# cylinder, Its kinda wierd becuase all the other cylinder's are fine. I am getting oil on my spark plug. Anyways my question is Should I ""retork"" my head bolts, I seen people retighten there head bolts on civics by giving the head bolts a quarter turn but im not sure if i can do that on a dsm,

please help on this becuase im not trying to F*$# my motor.

Also the engine is a 4g63 DOHC, And then engine got 154,000miles on it.

thanks

P.s. I know I spelled "tork" wrong.

Re: retorking head bolts,

I'd say that probably wont help, unless the bolts aren't torqued down right in the first place. You probably need a new head gasket, unfortunetely thats a fairly big ordeal, but if your timing belt has not been replaced yet it might not be a bad idea to go for it.

Re: retorking head bolts,

If you know you spelled "tork" wrong then why the $&*@ would you spell it that way?

Your head bolts are fine. Sounds like you have blown valve stem seals in cylinder #4. Looks like it's time to pull the head and examine the HG. You'll be replacing that anyway, so you might as well fix your valve stem seals as well.

Search DSMtuners for "valve stem seals" or "Miller tool" for more info on the procedure.
