help -- 1967 buick wildcat --- help

i changed my manuel fuel pump to a electric fuel pump (Carter P4070-72 gallons per hour, maximum pressure 6(psi) . Do i need a fuel pressure regulator? -- my car has a 430 engine, 4 brl

Not required at 6 psi.
