Headlight regulations?

hello everyone,

does anyone know of a website where they have vehicle lighting regulations for PA? i checked penndot and it's not on their site.

i want to get the blueish white lights for my headlights and yellow fogs. anyone know if this is legal in pa?

if they say d.o.t. approved, you'll be fine. if not, take your chances. but i hope your referring to the super white ones, not the bule, since the blue ones aren't legal in most states, unless its a turning signal....
