It's no kit. Dan Panoz started his own company (based in Atlanta) with that there vehicle. It's powered by the same engine in a cobra. Check the Panoz Forum here (which I moderate) for more info, or just look at their website.

Unhappy

I don't like how the esperante's instrument cluster is in the middle, looks kinda like an echo's http://www.exotic-imports.com/panozesperante.html second to the bottom.

I like the AIV Roadster. Panoz has quite the household also, a 3500 acre range in Some Southern state. Complete with giant house and Vineyard. I like his cars but there not much good at Le Mans if you know what I mean.

yeah that's the Panoz AIV Roadster. I've seen a few. Saw some guy at the Seattle Auto Show who races them or something. He signed some sorta poster. Esperante is very cool, but I haven't seen one.

I don't care for the center instruments either, but i do like the interior in general.

Here's me in one. I don't know why it looks so huge in this pic, it's not, and I'm not a little kid or anything (5'9").

Now that is a car that is CRAMPED! Like I said, I'm 5'9, with the seat all the way back, the steering wheel was about a foot from my chest, the pedals were about 2 times closer than in my Escort, and the shiter was REALLY close. Let your arm hang straight down, and then bend your elbow 90 degrees forward. Where your hand is is where the shifter is. But, they do have 320 hp....
