wont stay erased

got a 1990 ford e 150 bivouac tahoe van 351 and have a few issues. 1st is a code 22 map sensor out of test range, i checed for voltage 4.7volts and it has proper vacuum. i swapped it with another and it doesnt change. also disconnected the ecm connector to make sure the pins werent broken and clean. a mechanic says its a phantom code , but i know the ecm makes adjustments to compenate for out of test range values. the van idles rough. the code erases until i start the engine , and it doesnt light the check engine light.. 2nd is the code 62 tcc solonoid , the tranny is starting to slip and shift early or late , i heard that there is a grommet in the linkage but i wouldnt know where to look if its missing . last issue is the engine idle surges sometimes up and down and sometimes idles high. i took off the iac a few months ago to clean it but i dont think i did a very good job with it. will clean it again today if it stops raining. woulld greatly appreciate some advice here. thnx rick
