Re: whats evap line???

It's hard to go into specifics with no year or engine size but I can tell you it has to do with the line that connects you purge canister to your fuel tank and other components. What makes you think their is a problem did you get an engine code? If that is the case a bad\loose fuel cap can set the same code I think.

Re: whats evap line???

well the original problem is that my running temp has all of a sudden shot up about 15 - 20 degrees so instead of 195 it's like 210 or somethin and someone said i need to purge my system and it might be the EVAP line .....so i was wondering what a EVAP line is ..........i have a 2000 2dr 2.2 liter

Re: whats evap line???

Johnnyh
Sounds like they were referring to the line that goes from your radiator to your overflow tank.(coolant recovery). The EVAP I was referring to is different and I don't see how it would be related to your problem.
