plastic in door panels?

ive been getting tired of hearing my doors rattle like nuts so my friend brought me some left over dynamat to put in, and im wondering if its okay to take out the plastic ?moisture guard? or whatever it is.

Also, does anyone know of an window antenna kitfor the radio so that i dont have to look at my rc car antenna.
Thanks, Sawyer
