Hi...

I have M52 323i '97, already 90.000 kms, plan to change & cleanse ATF with ATF Dextron III fluid type. Is that OK?? cause now it still use ATF lifetime type. Please advice.....

Are you sure you got life time fluid in your car?
Basically BMW started fill transmissions with a lifetime fluid all cars 3 series E46 1999 and up. I`ve never heard that E36 are filled with lifetime fluid.
Anyway if it is true, you can not put Dexron III to your tranny, these 2 fluids are not mixable and you will screw your tranny. Most likely you would need lifetime fluid made by Texaco-Texamatic ETL , AVILABLE ONLY FROM DEALERSHIP, but you got to connfirm it with the label on transmission pan or your dealership.
