Unhappy 97 camaro hard starting when cold

Hi ,
I have a 97 camaro rs with a 6 in it . i know but i bought it off the lot new.
when the car is cold it is hard to start it turns over but takes a long time to\ start.Runs great when started all highway miles now and doing 80 mph home
if i turn car off and go to store will start right up
Can anyone help

how many miles on it and when we the last time it had a tune up?

had a major tune up about 2 years ago new wires plugs filters trans flush it has 62000 miles

Angry new plugs no help same shit

also changed fuel filter and using 89 octain
