skid plate swap intercabatly years

i have a 95 blazer 2 door s- sieries with 4x4 4.3 vortec and 4L60E auto. and it does not seem to have any skid plates other then the factory front one thats more of a cover and i am intertested in adding a fuel, and transfer case skid plate and my local pull a part that has good prices ( the others want a arm and a leg and then some ) only seem to carry blazer jimmy barvara up to 94 model year i know its diffent body but i believe the frame stayed the same am i correct ? what year skid plates for gas tank and transfer case can i fit onto my 95 i was thinking of pullin em off a blzer in the yard from the late 80s or early 90s and putting them on my car if i do do i need to add holes to the frame to mout em or what .... because i plan to do a few camping trips in the mountians and the skid's came in handy on my old 85 jimmy wicth i don't have anymore.
