Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

Consider one of my cleanest build of all. Very nice kit. every part fits nicely and i finish the chasIs and interior and paint job of the body in about 6 hours like that .. kind of shocking...hehe...here are some photos

Body painted in Honey Brown

The Chasis is done..

I like red callipers

Interior is simple Flat Black but is carpeted.

Re: Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

Hi

interior looks good, but for polishing the body to get rid of the orange peel you will need another 6 hours

Re: Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

Hi~
Try to totally smooth out the entire paint coating on the body to make it reflect better.
I had been wanting this kit for a while but I couldnt find it at that time. Before I was thinking of getting it there were 2 or 3 in stock in the LHS!!

Re: Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

color changed...
the color is damn ugly and i forget to flatten the parts when masking and the paint bleed and chip off...

Re: Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

Interesting body color...

I'd give the wheels a blackwash, they look too fake.

Re: Ford Mustang GT Tamiya

Model Completed
The suck part i did was the rear mirror ..it bleed cause i didn't notice there are gaps between the masking tape and the mirror. so i use castrol brake oil and strip it and use the mark pen to color them and it's not very obvious( there are stains though )
