Question I change my shocks last summer, now I hear squeaking noises

I had ADelcos in the rear and replaced them with 4x4 RB KYB Shocks. (right spelling?)I took it back to my mechanic and he said it wasn't anything to worry about, but I was told it could be the back spring on the drivers side. At first
I thought it was the bench in the back seat I lubed them but it was still there.
If anyone else has this problem and found a solution please contact me.
Thanks
Happy New Year...

[quote]You'll need some help to find your noise. If you have no clue where the noise is at, try bouncing the car up and down and see if you hear the noise. If you dont hear any noise, have a friend bounce the car, while you listen down on the ground and or while in the driver seat. Try a road test, with someone in the back while you drive. Abandoned parking lots are a good choice. MY blazer had makes alot of squeeks out of the goofy cargo shade. Good luck

spray all th stabalizer bar rubber bushings with WD40. If there're what's squeakin, it will go away. It's a temporary fix.

Also check the bushing on the rear torsion bar mount (there are no bushing on the torsion bar, just where the rea mount attaches to the frame on each side). Very common for these to wear out.

I found my squeak to be the rear brake lines rubbing the plastic around this hole in the frame that they run through in the area under the driver's side rear door (4 door). The squeak is loud enough to be heard while driving anytime the rear wheels hit a bump or the weight of the vehicle shifts. I would of driven me crazy...but I was already there.
