My first experience with alcohol

Yesterday i had my first experience with alcohol! Im fed up with AF being screwy and making me type this all over again so il be brief. (Imagine me trying to read a whole paragraph with one breath.) We bought a bottle of liquor, coke, and went to a deserted area in town and had fun.

Please do not lecture me on how taking alcohol when you're still growing is bad, i already got that from my sister. I know the consequences/effects, and that is why im not planning to drink alcohol again anytime soon.

So, i dont know if i was drunk or just tipsy, but it sure was fun. It was like my balance got better and worse at the same time, which is really screwy. And its really hard to stop laughing once you start. But i was fairly OK. A friend got really "drunk", his face was red and all, and was doing like the piss posts thread and talking nonsense. So. it was a fun night. Taking public transport through town to get home was even more fun.

But we were newbies that time, first we couldnt figure out how to get the liquor bottle open. We ended up poking holes in the cap with a key. Then we didnt really know how to drink alcohol, so we made like those 50's new york gangster movies and drank as fast as we could. So we went "off" really suddenly, one second we were fine, the next we were screwy.

So thats my story. I have a really bad feeling about clicking the submit button because some of you wont read the second paragraph and flame me anyway, but this is one of those purely once in a lifetime events, like solar eclipses. It was my friends 17th birthday, and it was really close to christmas. So there.

edit: btw, i drank 5-6 plastic party cups of 3/4 coke, 1/4 40% alcohol, and 1-2 1/4 cups of 40%alcohol. Is that bad?

Re: My first experience with alcohol

My first experience with alcohol was when i was nine. I chugged 5 strong canadian beers. Wildcats to be exact. So, you have nothing to worry about.

Nothing wrong with a bit of alcohol, You barely drank anything.

Last weekend I drank a carton of scotch and cola in 2 nights, doesn't sound that bad? I only drank 3 Friday night, had work the next day.

Week before drank about 8 scotch and colas on friday night (had to wake up at 6 the next day for work) and a bottle of Cougar XS bourbon at a mates brothers 21st.

No need to worry about drinking that much at a young age, I am only 16, so if your amount is bad, I must be fucked.

just don't drink too much...i blacked out friday night from drinking half a bottle of skyy and two drinks of smirnoff and puckerz.....

last thing i remember was not being able to open a gate.

I woke up in my friends garage.

Damn, now i feel like a fruitcake. Thanks.

If you can drink that much, so can I! But i dont think I have access to anything more than the 40% alcohol stuff.

And a question, how do you know when to stop? When is enough? When you start to feel sleepy? I stopped when i ran out of the stuff.

Hehe, first time's always worth remembering.

Just a question...how the fuck did you buy it?

As for the rest...don't leave until you heave...nah j/k.

You'll learn your limits. THe first few times you might drink til you spew, but once you know what it's like to be "DRUNK" then you know when to stop before you get to that stage, or before you get too fucked.

When you get to the point where you don't know if you can control what you do, then you need to stop. That's what I did...well...except for my high school graduation a couple years back...

But yeah, drink only as much as you feel is ok for you. Perhaps set a limit during the night or something.

Do you spell like that in reality?

BTW my first alcohol experience was very similar than yours, bourbon and coke, oh fuck I won't be going there again for a while.

Beer is much better mate, trust me. Or don't, it's up to you, hehe.

Re: My first experience with alcohol

alcohol is such a crappy drug. Its by far one of the worst drugs out there.

1. its not uncommon after a night of heavy drinking to wake up to a girl who you have no clue who she is, but shes kissing you and asking you to call her.
2. Vomiting all night because you drank to much.
3. Vomiting all morning because you drank to much
4. Having to take a breathaliser.
5. Alcohol now and days carries strict fines for minor abuse.

Im not trying to preach about the dangers of alcohol. I was drinking at age 10. Ive been arrested for drinking and driving. I gone through everything i listed. And what have i learned from all that? WEED!

Smoke dem trees and none of the above will happen.

Re: My first experience with alcohol

Weed makes some people tired compared to alcohol which makes most pumped up and ready to par-tay.

FIrst time messin with alcohol, I had a couple of beers, slowly starting to feel a little buzzed then I backed out. I guess since I didn't black out or pule after that, I've been able to hold back a arge quantity of alcohol...and now I hate beer

Re: My first experience with alcohol

Haha, cheers bro. I've come to appreciate alcohol now, whereas a whie back it'd be just drink til you cant remember and wake up next to someone you don't even know in a town you've never heard of. (really, any NYers ever hear of Falcner, NY? yeah, i thought so...) Welcome to the world of "oh fuck... whatd did i do last night? who the fuck are you? oh my fucking head... ...holy shit, lets do that again!"
EDIT: weed doesn't make everyone tired. actually, i've got a friend, she gets sleepy and tired from drinking. actually, if i dont smoke up when i'm drinking (a lot), i usually end up getting sick, and not being able to function well.
