94 GTP Running Rich

My 94 GTP is running really rich. It has also been idling rough when in gear and stoped. Idles a little better in neutral. Can really smell the gas tough. Any ideas?

Re: 94 GTP Running Rich

I would suspect an intake leak, fairly common on the 3.4 DOHC motors.

Richtazz, Thanks for the reply. I just redid the whole top end of this motor, head gaskets up are all brand new. I checked for a possible air leak and did not find one. I also replaced "ALL" the vacuum lines, PCV, TPS and IAC valve. Has brand new plugs and wires. I wasthyinking maybe the timing was alittle off, I did put a new belt on when I was doing all the gaskets and things. Would the timing belt stretching or being of a tooth cause this?
