Im pretty sure that you can get a transmitter off of ebay and the dealer will re-program it for you. I have one i'll give you for nothing, but its the old square type... not sure if you can use the new style

i don't believe u can use the newer style remotes on a 95. we have to use the square ones. u can also program it youself;
- remove the panel under the steering wheel (i believe 3 7mm screws)
- with the doors closed, use a paperclip bent into a u shape and insert it into the red connector (not connected to anything, hanging in the upper left). this runs to the keyless entry unit.
- the locks will cycle and ur in programing mode
- hold unlock on the remote while still holding the paperclip in the connector
- the locks will cycle again and ur done

do this for each remote if your buying more than 1.

Re: ::95 Blazer:: Question about factory alarm.

The 95 does use the rectangle shaped units still.
The numbers on back are:

FCC ID: ABO0104T ( AB00104T )
GM #: 15955702
Canada: 218 K1035

Re: ::95 Blazer:: Question about factory alarm.

It shouldn't be an alarm, just a keyless entry. If it says anything about an alarm on the module, it's an add on, be it dealer or aftermarket.
