turbo on on 03' passat?
My friend got an 03' Passat for $17k and I'm trying to pursuade him to swap out the factory turbo (which I kind of doubt there is one at all) for an aftermarket one. And putting in an intercooler (and perhaps a good exahust). Is any of this possible/not dumb to do? If it makes any difference, he's got an03' FWD Passat with the base 4-cyl engine. Thanks.

dont waste your time if its an auto. vw auto trans cant hold more than 200hp and with an upgraded turbo, exhaust, chip it will have at least 200
