Haha i suck at life i tried to edit a video using windows movie maker or whatever its called and boy do i suck...oh well atlease check it out.

The video disappeared after 2:20. I don't know what kind of camera you were using, but a filter on the lens would help with a lot of the glare. Try working on your stability with the camera. Also there are a lot of programs out there that you can use to remove your shadow. You did a nice job though.
