95 Pontiac Grand Am stalls in reverse, runs in all other positions.

Have a 95 Pontiac Grand Am SE 2.3 L DOHC that runs great in all other tranny positions but reverse. Have had in and out of the shop for the past five months. Have replaced fuel pump and relays as well as many other parts. Have had computer diagnostics run several times and nothing is showing up. Wiring issues maybe? Can anyone help??

I would try the guys in the GrandAm Forum, sounds like you need to take it to a transmission shop instead of a regular shop but first ask the right people. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...play.php?f=385

When you put in reverse, does the engine just cut off, or does it bog down and die, like a standard would if you let out the clutch?
