Re: Just finished my first all nighter...

I'd consider an all night shag to be relieving stress, especially having experienced same.

But that's what you get for putting it off till the last minute.

doing your work now, pays off in the future.
doing your work later, pays off now.

Re: Just finished my first all nighter...

Yea doing the work now means fun later, but doing the work later means fun now. That was basically my philosiphy throughout my entire life in highschool. Look where it got me, nowhere. Peace-

Re: Just finished my first all nighter...

Doing work now sometimes pays off in the long run, but procrastination pays off right now
I'm saying this to myself as I write a 5 page paper that I was assigned seven weeks ago and is due tomorrow...I always manage to do my best work right around the deadline though.

That's nothing. Had to do a strategic audit report and present it. It was due at 2 and we walked out the library at 1:30. Just enough time to go home and change to look presentable. Didn't even have enough time to do a power point and still got an 87 and a "That's the best presentation without a visual I've seen."

Re: Just finished my first all nighter...

20+ pages in a day.

But i've learned to do it in small stretches at a time. Soo much better than sitting on your ass for an entire day doing work

Re: Just finished my first all nighter...

Yea i would always write my papers and do projects the night before they were due. Stay up till like 6 in the morning working. My teachers would always be like "you wrote this last night didn't you?" I'm like nooooooo, and they're like well according to the date on the paper you wrote it the day I assigned it. SHIT. Peace-
