how much paint in your used can?
So I introduced a scale (weighing mach.) to done some resin compounds, I also use those for know...
HOW MUCH PAINT IN A USED CAN (TAMIYA KIND) a new can weigh is aprox 120 gr. (w/o cap) an empty Tamy can weigh is 60 gr. (w/o cap) so is quetly easy to know how paint... I agree that I use mainly I kind can for 1 model (something sufficient for 2-3 mist and 2 wetcoat) and often an almost empty can don't work properly, tooooooooo low pressure BUT it will useful for tints like flat/semigloss black or baremetal/chrome etc. intended for general purpose So when you attempt to spray your racing skyline's interior you know if you could finish the work or need a new can (can in italian = dog: cool )

Re: how much paint in your used can?
I am curious about that: The CAN is 100ml, but is there 100ML of paint in there?

Re: how much paint in your used can?
When you use a can of Tamiya spray to the point where you can't spray any more due to low pressure, you'll have approximately 1/5 of a 35mm film case left in the can. Good enough for touch up, etc.

Re: how much paint in your used can?
I've found that I can almost decant the contents of a Tamiya can into a single 40 ml bottle. All of it after the paint has gassed out and evaporated a bit. So I'd guess there is about 50 ml of paint in a Tamiya can, the rest is propellant. That seems to gel with your measurements of 60 g difference.
