Unhappy leaking oil

OK..Heres the problem. My 16 year old daughter's 1985 silverado started leaking oil over a week ago. Out of the blue and quite alot of it all at once. She parked it and has had to take (oh noooo)the bus for 2 weeks. My husband has looked at it and has come to the conclusion that its the oil pressure switch. Of course he's been way too busy to fix it and she is going nuts without her truck. I picked up the part and we looked everywhere under the hood and cant locate it. So where is it ? and how easy(or hard) is it to fix. Oil streams out when the truck warms up from the area behind the engine on the drivers side. Please help.

Re: leaking oil

Lets see it must be were "Oil streams out when the truck warms up from the area behind the engine on the drivers side" JK

I think there are 2 possible locations. one on top of the engine in the back by the distributor. the other is on the back, driverside right above the oil filter location on the block.

Hope this helps
