Unhappy Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with my 93 probe??

Here is a list of everything going wrong with this car:
1) all paneling in the inside is loose, and the windows are as well.
2) steering wheel feels like it is going to be pulled out of my hands everytime i go over 60 mph.
3) In the winter, when i drive my car, it sounds as if the muffler is whisteling at a very high pitch, and the faster i go, the louder it will get.
4) My battery meter always reads at low ( checked it out, its good) My oil meter also reads at low ( all fluids are good) When I slow down the battery meter and oil meter go lower than before.
5) This car shakes and rattles. I need new struts and shocks (anyone do it for me for cheap???
6) My washer fluid light keeps coming on, but i checked it, its fine.
7) My car doesn't get any power. It hesitates to accelerate, and shifts really bad. I don't know whether that would be a mechanical problem the tranny going out.
8) I just got 2 new tires and had them rotated. About 3 times a month I have to get new plugs and wires do to an oil leak?? Thats what I was told.

**** I DONT know anything about cars, and I need help figuring out that is wrong with this one.

1) Just find the screws (push fastners) and tighten them
2) Get an alignment
3) You have a leak in the exhaust system. You could easyily put it up on ramps and find it by the sound and repair it with a kit from the auto store. Or just goto a trusted muffler place to have it fixed. I would suggest taking a knowledgable "big" guy with you so you don't get screwed.
4) Even though the battery might be fine, sounds like your grounds are out of wack. Check grounding points for rust or lose connection.
Also check the tightness of the cables from the battery. As far as oil pressure... the oil pressure sending unit is in the engien bay, in the front of the car, when facing the car on the left side above the oil filter housing. there is a single wire coming from it. disconnect it, sand the connection a little to clean it up and clean the wire connection piece. replug. Should be fine.
5) Yeah. (you could with a little help) Where do you live?
6) Keeps coming on, or stays on? Stays on sensor problem. Goes on and off... electrical connection problem.
7) When the last time you did a tune up? Spark plugs, spark wires, distributor cap and rotor, oil and filter. change you fuel filter too.
8) Two new tires... put 'em on the front. Sounds like a bad oil leak. which would explain the low oil pressure, low of power and need to change plugs and wires. which ones are bad, the front or rear plugs? The front valve cover gasket (the valve cover is the thing where the plug wires go into) is easy to do. the rear is alittle more work.
