Auto start on a 1996 Neon

Has anyone ever installed an auto start on a neon? Does anyone know the wire color coating or any diy guides?

I have the auto start, but, wouldnt mess with the installation, if something is not done right, then goodbye engine. I was gonna instal the one on mines by myself, but, then heard what they said if I slightly did something wrong. do I did,nt risk it, & payed $50 to get it instal.

I dont think there is anything you can do as far as installing a auto start that would actually mess up your engine. The worse mistake I was thinking it cutting the ignition wire and it not starting

If U dont wire it up right then U can burn the whole ignition. I would recommend to get it instal, but, sometimes even professional installers have a bit of trouble getting it right, for the fact that sometimes, the car will start then turn off, & start again giving it to much ignition start. They also get some info about the wiring, I think from a web site called "OMEGA" or something like that, cause I seen him looking at paper, that he got from the a site, while doing the igniton cables, as for the alarm ones, just read the instructions, they tell U everything.
