99 Tahoe antilock problem

Hi guys
I have a problem with the antilock bracks engaging at very low speeds with no wheel slippage ,just crawling to a stop at a stop sign or in traffic etc.
Is this a common problem? It some times causes me to get a little close to the guy in front of me.
If there is a simple fix like something with the wheel sensors I would appreciate the advice. Thanks Tmon
