1997 Tahoe-hard To Start

I Own A 1997 Tahoe 4x4 With A 5.7 Vortec Engine. It Has A K&n Cold Air Kit. Recently, It Starting Having A Problem. In The Morning,it Starts Fine And Runs Great. After Driving It For A Few Minutes, I Turn It Off And Park It. When I Try To Start It After 20 Minutes, I Have A Hard Time Starting It. I Have To Crank It At Least 3 Times Before It Starts Up. I Drive It Around With Absolutely No Problems. I Just Installed New Cap&rotor, coil, spark Plugs, coil And Fuel Pump. The Problem Is Still There.

Any Suggestions To What The Problem Could Be..............thanks

Fuel Pressure Regulator. The diaphram leaks causing your engine to flood. Overnight is fine because the fuel evaporates.

Under the top half (plastic part) of the intake manifold.
