Question Cross Drilled Brake Rotor Honda Pilot F+R

Are the cross-drilled Honda Pilot Brake Rotor's F+R better than OEM rotors as they claim? If so, should I be looking for which coating to prevent rusting? OK with OEM brake pads?

"Cross-drilled rotors to improve heat dissipation during heavy braking
Beveled ends of drilled holes reduce excessive wear on pads
Symmetric pattern of drilled holes to maintain balance of rotors and smooth braking
Reduce braking distance and prolong rotor and pad life
Same size as your stock rotors, direct fit, no modification to your existing brake system parts - pads, lines, calipers, etc
Precision machined without sacrificing structural integrity and mechanical strength
Reduced weight, enhanced "bite" increasing friction coefficient
Holes are drilled between vanes and evenly placed around the braking surface"
