98 Chevy Tahoe random jerking

My 98 chevy tahoe has been jerking when I'm turning to the right, mainly on and off ramps to the freeway, but occasionaly at slower speeds too. It seems to be more random than it is predictable. It feels as if I'm swerving but only when the wheel is turned to a certain degree. I replaced the right CV Joint this weekend because it was bad, hoping that would be the cause, but it had no impact. Please help me.
Thank you
Corey

I'm not too sure i know what you mean by jerking. But if it only does
it when you are turning, you may want to check out things like:
your stabilizer links & bushings
the ball joints in your control arms
or your rack
i would probably check out the column too.
Hope that helps ya.
