95 e250 no start condition

help, I have a 95 e250 with a 6 cyl. it won't start, cranks fine, has spark at the plugs, 55 psi fuel pressure with the key on, the fuel pump runs all the time that the key is on, it don't cut off after two seconds. with the original computer I had injector pulse while cranking, with the new computer I have no injector pulse. I don't know what to do next. thanks, jimbo

1) The "new" computer is bad.
2) Do you have any compression?
3) Will it run on Ether? (If so the ignition system and cam gears are ok)
4) It is "never" the computer.

check for ground at the battery, a small wire leads to the fuel pump relay under the pass., side of dash, if it is loose ,,, no start
