90 Acura Integra LS

I need to know where the Fuel Pump Relay is located for a 1990 Acura Integra. I am working on a car and it won't start up. The HANGER, FUEL PUMP, and STRAINER has all been replaced.

The pump does work once in a while. We have had it go for a few times (Heard it hum). We unhooked the gas line from the filter up front under the hood and it had pressure (first time unhooked) As of now, it has no pressure and it seems to go (hum) when it wants to. When the gas line is unhooked from the filter (line coming from tank) and we turn it over, it should be pumping fuel correct??? We have gotten one spurt, and then it stopped. If there is no pressure then the pump should kick in I am assuming.

There is no fuel coming from the gas line that is connected to the pump on car turnover.
Everything pump wise is new as of a few days ago.

We need to know where this RELAY is located on this ACURA Integra 90 LS, or any other possible answers to solve this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
