DRL only works during daytime

Why do my drl quit working when it gets dark? All the side lights, andlowbeams stay on during the day. Then at night the headlights shut off,and during the day it's pulling more volts for some reason it makes my clock-radio lights go dim. (Only when drl are on) Is it a module or what?

Re: DRL only works during daytime

It sounds like the sentinel for the lights is doing something whacky.

I've never seen that before.

Your radio display is going to nighttime mode in the light, and your lights are in dark mode in the day...you been doing any splicing or installing in the dash lately?
