Angry need help!

i have this '94 cavalier rs, it runs good, no leaks at all, but last night i got to the parking and i was about to back in the parking it doesnt want to go reverse , the shifter is at reverse but it wont go! i was literraly flooring it but still nothing happend. but on forward it goes but it takes its time to move! do you think its time to rplace the tranny?

Check the bolts in the torque converter check to see if they are tight.
