ga vs sunfire

could meh 99' ga se, 2.4 dohc w/cai beat a 2.4 sunfire gt? it's a coupe and the ga is a 4 door, my friend says he could beat me, i really don't wanna try it until i can get a new part, ( IAC went bad just orderd the part) but what do ya'll think would win?

What year is the sunfire?

I think the sunfire might have you by a little bit low end, and you might pull even / harder high end. I think they're geared a little higher.

It'd be close though.

sunfire is a 98

i think the sunfire is a 98... awww so he would win.. oh well i guess now i won't race him, muahaha ill show him

Yeh, you two are making almost identical power, he's about 500 pounds lighter, and geared higher. I'm pretty sure he would win. I mean it'd be worth a shot - good pontiac-pride brother-to-brother race, it'd be fun, but he'd probably win. Unless of course you dumped a shitload of mods / weight reduction on before then.

it seems as though i will never beat anything..

well gosh... it seems as though my ga will never beat anything, ive only raced 2 cars, and i only beat one, but u guys keep hurting my cars feelings, i beat a 98 2.2 cavalier, ohhhh wow what a big win their, gosh i feel like just kicking my car! what would help me get up their a little? i want to hit at least 200 hp, sooo what shall i do?

lol. send ur buddy my way. i went at it with a sunfire. the driver turned around and drove away half way down the street cuz i waz willing by 6 carz. hehe. scraping my v6 badge was the slickest move ive made yet. lmfao
