I have no power when I start going up hills in NY. The hills are big but I don't think that I need to be in first gear to get up a 45 degree hill. is there any way to adjust the timing to give me more power? or what might be the problem?

Re: My 91 honda civic has no power on ANY hill
my rex pulls up the sunol grade (steep grade) in 5th...granted im going bout 80 when i get to it so im in my powerband, if i were going 65 i may have to downshift to 4th, but yeah most likely your car is having problems if you cant get up hills

Re: My 91 honda civic has no power on ANY hill
The big question is what trim of civic do you have, I know there were a few hills in PA that my Auto DX had trouble with. However, with the Si I've had no troubles at all.
