I want to go to a junkjard get another hood primer it make a hood scoop and paint it black so i can keep the black and green thing going on. Black body kit(more like dark gray) black hubcaps, black side mirrors and black hood.

Cant remember how I hooked them up. Only thing I can add is make sure you test alot as you are hooking them up. We thought we had them hooked up right at one point but when I hit the brake they turned on.

You can see mine a bit in this pic.

Re: Body kit

I believe from the other thread he meant it as "the shit" as in cool as opposed to just plain shit. I could be wrong but who knows.

molding those sideskirts wouldnt hurt either.
Chevy4life1985, how the fuck does that have any relevance to the topic at hand? Cars that only have primer on them look like shit, dont do it unless you plan on getting paint later. Black is black is black is black, unless you're close you wont see much of a difference and either way it looks like ass. PLEASE do not paint your hub caps, thats ghetto as hell.

First of all thanks for all the comments. Second I put the body kit on my first time doing that, NO its not a locking lugnut, and yeah i like ran out of screws to use so theres like one missing and thats were it looks like it falling off but is honestly really solid, and i did mean that comment about psycho in a good way, Yes i do plan to paint my car eventually but not yet because i want to save up and get a good paint job not a cheap 2 3 4 hundred dollar paint job yeah im going to paint it black of course, Ohh and i already painted my hubcaps black two of them and honestly i think they look really good ill post pics soon.

Why in the heck would you just take off your hubcaps and use spraypaint? that looks so cheep. i would keep the hubcaps on or get new rims. Im not a bog fan of body kids, so will not say anything about that, i will be judging out of hatred of body kits, not by the looks. but i like that your doing mods to your car, and keep it up, just put the hubcaps back on, other then that, its cool w/ me.

Re: Body kit

A couple of things I would like to simply comment on and you can take it how you want to.

First of all, I suggest putting on a rear bumper if you haven't already (it's hard to tell in that pic)
Second, either put the stock hubcaps back on or invest in some black rims. I agree w/ Thor, it's ghetto.
Third, take the stock moulding off the sides and mold the kit in. It will make the lines look so much cleaner.
Lastly, if you insist on the two-tone paint job, then there are some places where you can find some matte black paint. It's not wise to leave any body work (or pieces) primered. It's not long-term protection against the elements.
