99.5 Jetta GL rear seatbelt problem
Recently purchased a 99.5 jetta GL. The center rear seat belt tensioner is jammed. I unbolted the belt and got it to release, however the first time the seat was layed down it jammed again. The tensioner is in the rear seat back, can I access it? I'm going to buy a book this weekend, just hoping someone knows how to fix this.
