Re: pulley

I don't have one yet, but I'm going to go with the PSI-FI kit when I do turn up the boost. It's been installed by quite a few of the members at ss.net and they have all had positive results. It should net about 240-250 whp on an otherwise bone-stock ss/sc. The piggyback unit will also be upgradable and reprogrammable later on in the future.

I'd also suggest "The Other Guys" header/highflow down pipe and an Injen or KN CAI.

I have the SS/SC you see in my avatar.

You can learn about the pulley/piggyback unit from www.revitupmotorsports.net and for the header just do a yahoo search for "the other guys header" and you'll find their page.

Re: pulley

If you get the psi-fi kit then you won't need a new belt as it comes with a new pulley tensioner. If you just get a new pulley then you will need a new belt.

There is also another thing you should know. If you just put a new pulley on you won't see any gains passed 13 lbs of boost or so unless you do the boost bipass mod. Looks it up on www.cobaltss.net
