Interchange steering col.

Got a bad steering column in a 91 Lumina, anyone know what years will work? or what other GM's might have the same column?
Problem is mine is column mounted shift, and all i can find in yards around here are floor shift, thanks

90-94 should be the same, but the Hollander exchange book used in salvage yard has that info.

Re: Interchange steering col.

Just a few days ago I stuffed a '90 column into a '92.

Easier job than I expected, by the way.

This was a floor-shift car, only goofy parts were:
1. disconnecting the shift inhibitor cable at the ignition switch--there's a tiny hole and you have to jam a tiny screwdriver into it to release the cable clip.

2. Spreading the clamp at the intermediate shaft. You pull the retainer bolt, then wedge a screwdriver into the split in the coupler to open it up some. PITA.

Hey, ya wanna do it? no, i am not putting that much in this old thing, 204k on it. It only has to last till spring when i have the V6Z finished.
This Lumi is the 2.5 4 banger.
The Z24 is getting a rebuilt 3.1
the lumi will stay around as a emergency ride
