Re: Help!

check out summit racings web. performance accessories has a 3" body lift like i have on my truck with 33"x 12.5's. it has everything you need and great instructions. i did mine 4 years ago so let me know if you need any help. a 4" suspention lift is avalible from superlift or skyjacker but they are $1500!!!

Re: Help!

also to get the 33's to fit, you need to crank up the tortion bars all the way to raise up the front end of the truck.

Re: Help!

did your ride get stiffer with the cranking of the torsion bars ? Ive' heard that plus the increase strain on other components under the load of the 'bars. not to mention the brake cable, shifter extension (manual) , etc. although it is alot cheaper than suspension.

can anybody tell me what kinda gas mileage i'd get outa a 4.0 liter? And what mods help gas mileage besides spark plugs, spark wires, and exhaust systems? Would a better intake and throttle body promote better gas mileage or would it take away from it?
