P10 Automatic Motor Mount Question

Hey All,
I replaced the motor mount on top by the pullies and the other on the rear of the tranny on the end of the cross member, back by the shifter.

My question is: Are there any other motor/trans mounts that I missed to replace. Reason being I had my foot on the brake and hit the gas and the engine/trans rocked violently and I'm noticing when I take off and it shifts it jerks bad too. There has to be another mount, any insight?? javascript:smilie('') Thanks

You did miss one mount, on the side of the transmission. More important the jerking when shifting may be another problem. common problem on the earlier G20's is a broken 1st-2nd shift valve spring in the valve body. Try changing the mount first, since it is easier. But, if the problem continues, you know what to do.

Do you happen to know the part number. BTW can you order from Scottsdale AZ Infiniti online, because I heard that they give 25% off to G20 members.

The part # is 11220 62J22. My parts guys can get it for you for $58.73 + shipping. If your interested P.M. me and I'll give you their number. I don't know if we are allowed to post phone #'s here, so I don't want to step on anybody's toes.

Y'know I've been through this before I converted my car to maual (this is also WHY I took the opportunity to do so) I changed all the mounts but I was still gettin the hard bang from 1st to 2nd...I'd say save your money and just get another tranny

A new valve body will probably run you about $1200.00 installed. A used tranny in good condition will probably run about half that.

Thanks everyone

I will take 1PNYBOY up on his offer and just change that last mount. It is getting worse and the auto-manuel swap won't be done for a while. I did get a quote from RosenAuto and Jon said, labor between $500-$700 plus the tranny. Tranny quotes I got around here are low $800 and up. My auto is slow.. I hate it

What do you guys think or have experience with that Karim (sp?) guy from R390 who deals in engines. He had a few SR20DET already matched to a P10 manuel from $1800 and up, with the GTI-R motor in the $3000 range. Is he high priced or is that the average? Seems like that may be the way to go since I plan on doing the DET swap later on, so why not kill two birds with one stone or 'am I just crazy
