93' 325is Seats... Will 2000 323i seats fit?

Lost our seats in Katrina and I found some 2000 323i seats and am hoping they will fit. I know it is a different chassis but could the bolt pattern be the same?

Re: 93' 325is Seats... Will 2000 323i seats fit?

I called the local junk yard that had the 2000 323i seats and they were off of a 2 door so they will flip forward. I thought they were off of a 4 door so gave up on them but took a chance today and called. So, took my left seat out and drove 1.25 hours there. The bolt pattern is off left right about .070". A little time on the milling machine will take care of that. BUT!!!! The plug is different. No problem, they gave me the mating plug so I can get the motors working. Can I power the heaters on the same circuit? Not sure yet. May have to run another wire or leave them. The memory? Don't know if the smarts are in the seat or in the car. Not critical. But the real issue is the Seat Belt Tensioner. The driver side is fired from the wreck. Passenger side is OK. Yes, they can be changed but these are fired electrically. The ones in the 93' 325is are mechanical. No wires so I can't power or fire the ones on the new 2000 323i seats. I could replace it and leave it dead. Tomorrow I'll see if I can get my old mechanical ones to fit but it doesn't look good. Oh yea, the seats were sport model, black leather, and are new. Yes, new. Could have had only 5 to 10 k on them. So I'm really trying to get these to work. Any ideas ?????
