1998 Concorde LXI center tweeter/speaker
I've unfortunately had nothing but problems with the speakers in my 1998 Concorde LXI. Everything from vibrations, to rattles, and a blown speaker. Chrysler made approximately 10 attempts to reduce the rattles over the years. My warranty is now out and I've now noticed the center speaker/tweeter is generating quite a buzz and needs replacement. Has anyone done this before or know the step by step procedure on getting to this center speaker/tweeter out for replacement?
PS - Infinity supplied such a crappy sound system in this car. Woofers are paper thin and so is the sound. Placing metal grills over vinyl/rubber turned out to be a ludicrous move on their part (hence the rattling noises). Vin D Cate

My 2000 LXI does the very same think. I would like to know how and what to replace the center speaker with.
