Plastic Gauge cover

Does anyone know how to take the plastic gauge cover off?? I want to clean behind it.. I bought my 99 z71 and it was a work truck and full of mud and dirt, and alot of the dirt got behind the plastic cover..

VERY CAREFULLY!! I think you just need to pull the cluster out, and it's just held on with some tabs,and maybe a few screws here and there. You'll see once you get the thing out and have a closer look at it.
