Alarm, Radio, Clock electrical problem

I have just removed my Sony CD player in order to put the old factory radio cassette back in. However I am an idiot and I did this without bothering to disconnect the battery. I accidentally shorted out some of the power wires for a while and now have the following problems. The screen on the radio is blank, (it should be asking for the security code). The clock screen is glowing but blank. When I lock the car the alarm light does not come on. And now to top it all off the car won't start. I have checked the 20A fuse (fuse 29) on the top of the fusebox but this seemed fine. Are there any other fuses or relays that could be causing this? Do you reccon that charging up the battery would sort this out?

Any help would be very much appreciated
Cheers

To fix radio look for a fuse that says "ROOM" in the fuse box. For some reason it takes two fuses to make the radio work.

problem solved

Excellent, Couldn't find a fuse marked room but I checked them all anyway. The one for the interior lights and cigarette lighter had burned out. I swapped this for the horn one also 15A and now it all works ok.
I'm off to buy a new fuse now.
I reccon charging the battery should sort out the starting problem
Cheers
Matt
